We had witnessed that Producer Ashok Kumar has committed suicide due to financial issues and behavior of financier Anbu Chezhian since couple of months.
Ashok Kumar is handling Sasikumar's Production house and the sudden demise of him pushed Sasikumar into depression. However, the latest development we hear is that, Sasikumar along with Ameer, Samuthirakani and Bala seen at Valasaravakkam Police Station to file a case against Anbu Chezhian for extorting money and forcing his brother-in-law (Ashok) to commit suicide.
Sasikumar has released an emotional statement on Ashok suicide as " Ashok Kumar, my brother-in-law, he was like a shadow to me. He was taking care of my production house. Now just before the time of my film's release, we have been issued a red card to not screen our movie due to financial issues, Ashok was under depression and he committed suicide. He has written a death note. I just can't say anything more than that now."
