As of the close sources buzz, Director Venkat Prabhu is working on the script of Chennai 28 sequel and said to be completed shortly. Makers are planning to repeat the same unit who worked for Chennai 28 for its sequel too.
Regular shoot of Chennai 28 sequel to commence in the month of March. Gautam Menon and Venkat Prabhu are said to produce this film under Ondraga Entertainment and Black Ticket Company banner.
